He added that Ireland was more dependent on oil than most developed countries, and therefore more at risk from volatility in prices.

    sounds like bertie has been learning from Bush. Next he’ll be saying that unemployment is on the rise because people no longer need or want to work.

    Ireland is in fact too dependent on oil prices as it can produce none of it.

    And so I’ll ride my bike to work tomorrow.
