What kind of job pays a salary that can service a mortgage on a €700,000 semi-detached house but doesn’t require the ability to see that this is a folly of an investment?

as for point seven, the more keys you have, the more locks you have also.
It isn’t the President who is crazy enough to launch air strikes on Iran, it’s the Vice President. It’s an open question who is actually in charge. Not that this is a comforting clarification!
